What I keep: call recordings and transcripts, the work cards made from them, the team roster, rules, the price book, and estimates. It lives in Landscape Horticulture's private database — never shared, never used to train anything.
Texts: crew can reply STOP any time to stop receiving messages, per carrier rules.
Adding someone: new dashboard logins are created by HQ on request — name and email is all it takes.
